We are excited to announce that effective July 1, 2024, Blair County Community Action Program is under a management agreement with Center for Community Action for all programs and services.

Center for Community Action currently provides services in Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Indiana, Juniata, Mifflin, and Somerset Counties.
